Article 1 Definitions

1.1 Little Wonderz / L.W.’s is an online shop in brand clothing for babies and children, which can be visited at www.littlewonderz.com and www.littlewonderz.nl.

Article 2 Relevance

2.1 On all offers, orders and agreements closed by means of the internet site www.littlewonderz.com, these General Sale Conditions apply possible at exclusion of other general conditions.

2.2 Accepting an offer or doing an order occurs under acceptance of the relevance of these conditions.

2.3 Of in these conditions stipulated can be deviated only in writing. If a component is deviated from these general conditions, the remaining provisions remain unabridged effective.

2.4 All rights and claims, as are stipulated in these conditions and in possible closer agreements for L.W.’s, are likewise stipulated for L.W.’s involved commission agents and other third parties.


Article 3 Agreements

3.1 An agreement comes about after acceptance by the customer of the offer on our Internet site. L.W.’s is authorized to refuse orders or to ask for additional information.
If an order is not accepted, this is notified under indication of the reason to the customer.



Article 4 Price

4.1 All prices named at products are in Euros, including VAT. Order costs are (unless differently mentioned) not included in the prices. By closing the agreement the price including order costs is communicated through our website.

4.2 The shipping costs amounts to € 4.95 in the Netherlands. For shipping costs to other countries then the Netherlands, the contribution of the shipping costs depend on the concerning country.

4.3 L.W.’s cannot be kept to price indications which obviously are incorrect, for example as a result of print erratum. No rights can be derived from unlawful information.

Article 5 Payments

5.1 Payments can occur in the manner as indicated during the establishment process. After placing an order, the customer directly receives an affirmative by e-mail in which the total costs including order costs are mentioned.

5.2 Payment occurs always whole in advance:

a) Payment by means of transfer: L.W.’s checks its account daily and after reception of your complete payment the package is sent.

b) Payment directly and online by means of a gift certificate, discount receipt or credit note, emitted by L.W.’s. Gift certificates, discount receipts or credit notes are indefinitely valid and not transmissible, unless differently corresponded. If differently, the name position and/or validity of the gift certificate, discount receipt, or credit note will be confirmed by e-mail. Gifts certificates, discounts receipt, or credit notes are one-off to use and are online cashed in association for approval of the payment.

5.3 The customer gives L.W.’s authorization to perform all necessary procedures for payment to take place by the customer’s chosen payment manner.

Article 6 Delivery

6.1 After reception of the payment, L.W.’s strives to deliver the orders within 1 working day. However, L.W.’s is not obliged for that purpose.

6.2 The utmost delivery deadline is 5 working days after the order takes place, excluding orders where the customers have indicated for a later receive date (through comments).
If it appears not possible to deliver an order within 5 working days, the customer will be swiftly informed and has the right to cancel its order free of charge.

6.3 Deviations in colors, types, texts and/or price modifications reserved. Offered goods and/or services are represented clearly and truthful and/or described and as complete as the reasonableness requires.

6.4 Although L.W.’s will wrap up all parcels with care, L.W.’s is not responsible for damages which can sustain during the delivery of the product(s).

Article 7 Ownership reservation

The property of the provided products proceeds just, upon payment of the provided products and the closed agreements to L.W.’s charged, are satisfied.

Article 8 To return and exchange products

Nevertheless, if a product does not satisfy your expectation, then these can be exchanged or returned.
Also you can cancel your order by to use of the visibility period. About this you can find further information in Article 10. However, the customer will need to return the product(s) on own costs. For return and/or exchange (hereafter: return) some conditions apply:

8.1 Products, which you have bought at www.littlewonderz.com, can be exchanged without statement of reasons and/or to be returned, subject to:

a) After reception on the delivery address, these products can be reported for return within 7 working days at the latest, by means of the exchange and return on L.W.’s website. There, is information of the procedure concerning how to return the package and concerning the procedure of packaging.

b) Products that are still in original state of sending provided with attached labels and original packing can be returned.

c) Products which you have bought in cut-price selling with a discount of 70% or more can exclusively be cancelled in accordance with Article 10.2 and cannot be exchanged or returned. It will be pointed out on the website, when purchasing the product in cut-price selling.

d) The products, which have been returned, must be, at the latest returned within 7 working days after reception of the order on the delivery address, to L.W.’s customer service.

8.2 L.W.’s only accepts returns exclusively on the described manner which above is presented and for which the instructions, which have been indicated at application, have followed. Returns that have not been reported or within the put time, are not accepted.

8.3 After application and after reception of your return, it will be confirmed by e-mail. Your done payment, the amount of the returned product, will be credited in the form of a credit note, emitted by L.W.
This credit note is indefinitely valid and you can use it to pay online (partially) for an open order.
If you wish not to receive a credit note, you also have the possibility to cancel your order in accordance with Article 10.2.

8.4 The customer is obliged to send/return products on own costs. Returns must always be stamped sufficiently. Insufficiently stamped packages are not taken in reception and therefore not credited.

Article 9 Complaints

Complaint: concerning your product(s).

9.1 We do everything to deliver a perfect product. After reception of your order we advise you to inspect the provided goods immediately and thereby appeared communicate lacks in writing within competent time. If the garment is not provided in accordance with your order or does not satisfy the description on our website, please communicate with us. This is possible by sending an e-mail to customerservice@littlewonderz.com. L.W.’s can solve your complaint better when you make your complaint immediately recognizable. If the offered solution does not satisfy your expectation then you can cancel the complete order without any additional costs within 7 working days. The already paid amount will be credited directly taking into account what at Article 8.4 is described.

Complaint: concerning quality of product(s).

9.2 Of course it can occur that the quality of a garment does not satisfy (anymore) after a period of use to your expectation. The garment shows for example after short use extreme wear, a button or slithers piece is or you observe that the product does not remain beautiful in the wash. The guarantee period on clothing is 3 months after reception of clothing. Of course this guarantee is exclusively effective at a normal frequency of to carry and wash. Moreover, also must reasonably expect the life span of the concerning garment to be 3 months.
Clothing must be washed according to the directions in the garment. If you choose or have chosen for a derogatory method, your complaint will be unfounded explained at any time. This guarantee expires when you have tried to repair without the lack and/or use instructions have not succeeded. If you have such a complaint concerning a product what you have bought at us, we gladly would learn this from you. You can send an email to customerservice@littlewonderz.com.

9.3 The shipping costs for returning product(s) with a complaint come at the expense of the customer in the first place. These costs will be credited if the complaint is explained founded. L.W.’s will solve the problem in consultation with you as soon as possible. In order to settle your complaint smoothly, we requests you follow our indications strictly.

Article 10: Annulment of your order

10.1 Every order can be cancelled, without advance payment of a fine and without task of reasons, if the product has not been sent yet. We request you to this end to send an e-mail to customerservice@littlewonderz.com. Your order annulment will be confirmed by e-mail. As soon as your request to annulment is confirmed by us, you can receive these as to consider. If you have satisfied your cancelled order already, L.W.’s will restitute the paid amount at the latest within 10 working days.

10.2 The purchaser has, in accordance with the law buy on distance, the right for the order seven revoke working days after reception of the order (cancel), without advance payment of a fine and without task of reasons. The purchaser has thus possibility of getting the order amount, subject to already satisfied, restituted. L.W.’s calculates no costs for the sending to the delivery address of product(s) in this case this way, the customer has been kept however return the order on own costs.

10.3 For that purpose you must get in touch within 7 working days after reception on the delivery address with customerservice@littlewonderz.com. In this e-mail, you give your name, order number and (if necessary) your bank details to mention. Also to that you declare to cancel your order in accordance with the buy on distance law.
Subject to your request that it satisfies with the above, you will receive an affirmative by email within 1 working day that you can return your order.

10.4 You will receive an affirmative by e-mail as soon as we have received your package and have settled. Subject to be satisfied, L.W.’s will refund the complete order amount within fourteen (14) days after the affirmative of reception of your order.

10.5 In case you have not discussed an affirmative of annulment, and the order has already been sent, or after reception at the delivery address and has been returned to us, you are obligated to pay.
L.W.’s has been entitled to charge the costs to you, if the order has not been cancelled and is not satisfied within the specified period.

Article 11: Force Majeure

In case of force majeure L.W.’s is not obliged to compensate of as a result, damage arisen at the purchaser.
However L.W.’s has the right to compensate the consumer in the given circumstances and dissolve the transfer. This will be confirmed in writing.



Article 12: Appropriate right and competent judge

12.1 On all rights, obligations, offers, orders and agreements these conditions apply exclusively Dutch law/rights.
